Pickup Dates & Times: Please call 1 day in advance to schedule a pickup appointment. Pickup is Monday (October 31st), Tuesday (November 1st), Wednesday (November 2nd), or Friday, (November 4th) from 9:00am - 3:00pm CST.

TERMS:

W Yoder Auction, LLC does not accept requests to retract bids.

All cars 11 years or older are mileage exempt according to Wisconsin law.

All buyer's fees are non refundable. 

PAYMENT:

Buyer's Fee will be paid to W Yoder Auction, LLC.

   Credit Cards will be run the morning of October 28th for Buyer's Fees ONLY.  

Remainder of invoice paid directly to Rawhide (Cash, check, or card) upon pickup.

Sales tax determined by YOUR residential location for cars.

CAR SALES:

Cash, check, or credit card.

All non-dealer state residents will be charged tax, title and license fee for car purchases.

All title work will be done by Rawhide.

15% Online Buyer's Fee on purchases. 

Sales tax: Sales tax for vehicles are determined by Buyer's residential location.

If you bid and do not pay, you will be reported to our collection agency. This may potentially effect your credit. 

In the event of an invalid payment (returned checks, NSF, chargebacks, etc.) we reserve the right to repossess items without notice.  

The credit card used for bidding registration is charged the morning of the next business day following the auction For the 15 Buyers fee . If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, W Yoder Auction, LLC has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due.

Due to prior delinquent payment history, if payment in full is not received by third business day after auction end, W Yoder Auction, LLC will increase Buyer's fee to 25% and percentage will be added to invoice balance. Example: auction ends Saturday, payment in full must be received by end of business day Wednesday.

All items are offered as-is, where-is with no warranty; a Buyer may not dispute the condition of the item. YoderSold (W Yoder Auction, LLC) claims no responsibility for the condition or description of this item. This item does not include any protection offered by YoderSold (WYoder Auction, LLC). A Buyer may not submit a dispute claim on this item.

CAR DETAILS:

Rawhide is a licensed Wisconsin dealership and are required by law to charge sales tax, title and licensing fees.

All purchased vehicles must have temporary license plate to leave the lot (provided by Rawhide) unless valid, transferable plates are presented (brought with to auction). Special plates are not available.

All WI residents required to pay tax, title, and licensing fees unless a licensed Dealer with papers.

Out-of-State Buyers are required to pay sales tax for their state of residence on titled automobiles.

Out-of-State Vehicle Buyers are responsible for finding their own vehicle transportation.

All sales final "AS-IS", no warranties, including vehicles. No refunds. Wire transfer required for all International Buyers.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Please arrange for transportation, if you require it, when you receive your paid invoice. 

PICK UP DETAILS: Please read auction details for pick up dates and times.

Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of W Yoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory; no refunds.

OTHER DETAILS:

If you see a lot marked as "age unknown," that means we do not know how old it is, but in our opinion it may not be old.

"Authentic/Original" means we believe it to be all original. Everything marked "authentic/original" will be guaranteed.

"Not Old" means our opinion is the item is not very old.

"Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" means an original was never made.

All sales final; "as is" no warranties, including vehicles.

All disputes settled in Waushara County Court in Wautoma, WI. All items sold as is with no warranty.
