Pickup Dates & Times: Payment must be made within 3 business days. - Pickup should be arranged within 2 weeks of auction close.
If you do not want to pay with a credit card, please respond to your unpaid invoice before 9am Wednesday morning, and let us know you want to pay with cash or a check. If we do not hear from you by 9am, we will run your credit card. No refunds will be issued.
All autos have a free and clear title unless otherwise stated.
W Yoder Auction, LLC will not accept requests to retract bids. if bidder insist on retracting bids, they will be black flagged and not allowed to bid anymore.
In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, we reserve the right to cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction.
X 5 means that the bid will multiply by the number of items. Example 5 items at a $10.00 bid will be $50.00.
5.5% sales tax applied, exempt where applicable.

Any online purchase(s) $5,000 or over require a wire transfer.
The credit card used for bidding registration is charged the morning of the next business day following the auction unless otherwise specified (email info@wyoderauction.com, respond to Unpaid invoice or add to Notes to Auctioneer). If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, W Yoder Auction, LLC has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due.
Due to prior delinquent payment history, if payment in full is not received by third business day after auction end, W Yoder Auction, LLC will increase Buyer's fee to 25% and percentage will be added to invoice balance. Example: auction ends Saturday, payment in full must be received by end of business day, Wednesday.
IMMEDIATLEY contact us if an alternative payment method is preferred (i.e. cash, check), payment must then be submitted within three business days. If no payment is made by the third business day, the credit card on file will be charged.
If payment method changed to cash, check or wire transfer, 15% Buyer's Fee remains in effect.
If paying with a credit card different from the one registered, an extra 4% processing fee is applied.
W Yoder Auction, LLC online only auctions feature an auto bid extend (soft close), if a bidder enters a bid near the end of close, it will extend the Lot time.
W Yoder Auction, LLC presumes shipping if Buyer is out-of-state. If buyer in-state W Yoder Auction, LLC presumes items are being picked up. If otherwise preferred, respond to an email with correct instructions, this ensures your information reaches the correct department. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of W Yoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory, no refunds.
W Yoder Auction, LLC does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description.
Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally.

All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by W Yoder Auction, LLC. All sales final.
If a Lot is described as, "age unknown" W Yoder Auction, LLC does not claim to know it's age, and in the opinion of W Yoder Auction, LLC, it may not be old.
"Authentic/Original" indicates W Yoder Auction, LLC believes the item to be all original; items marked as such are guaranteed to be so.
"Not Old" indicates W Yoder Auction, LLC does not believe the item is old.
"Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" deems an original was never produced and is a newer item.
Any disagreement between auction company and Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Waushara County Circuit Court, Wautoma, Wisconsin.
PICK UP DETAILS
You will have 3 business days to pick your items up at N2494 Yoder Lane, Wautoma, WI 54982. This will only be waived if you have made other arrangements prior to the auction ending.
Transportation charges: $30.00 an hour for transportation from off site to our auction complex in Wautoma. Large items requiring two people will be charged at a rate of $50.00 an hour. This will be charged to your card on file after your invoice has been paid and your items are brought back to our auction complex in Wautoma.
OUT OF STATE bidders: If you need items picked up and transported back to our complex for shipping, you will be charged the above transportation rate. This will be charged to your card when packaging and shipping are charged to your card. Please call 920-787-5549 if you have any questions.
WISCONSIN bidders: If you live in Wisconsin, it is assumed you will be picking your items up from our auction complex in Wautoma. If you need your items shipped, you need to contact us to let us know you need shipping. If your shipped items are off site, you will be charged for transportation at the rate listed above. Please call 920-787-5549 if you have any questions.
W Yoder Auction, LLC presumes if Buyer is in-state items are being picked up, email info@wyoderauction.com if items are being shipped instead.
If large items have been purchased and being picked up, W Yoder Auction, LLC staff is not responsible for loading. The buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/muscle to assist in loading items purchased.
W Yoder Auction, LLC is not open on weekends, though requests of relocating items outside to pick up over the weekend can be arranged. Items placed outside the building are not protected; if items are damaged/missing/stolen, W Yoder Auction, LLC is not responsible, and the buyer will not receive a refund.
Unless alternate pickup arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of W Yoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory, no refunds.
SHIPPING DETAILS
W Yoder Auction, LLC presumes shipping if Buyer is out-of-state.
The registered credit card on file is charged a second time for shipping amount, as W Yoder Auction, LLC does not package items until after payment received in full.
All packaging is conducted in-house; W Yoder Auction, LLC charges the buyer taxable packaging materials and $26 per hour with $6 minimum, for packaging services.
A FedEx Signature is not required for package delivery unless otherwise specified. Small items may be shipped USPS.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, please register a physical address if you are shipping.
W Yoder Auction, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
